About The Position

The Assistant Clinical Director will be a driving force behind ABA services, leading behavior analytics for children with autism spectrum disorder. This role involves close collaboration with the Clinical Program Director, providing support through training, supervision, and staff evaluation. The Assistant Clinical Director will also directly engage with adults and their families, and focus on developing innovative programs and leading positive change within the organization. Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA/BCBA-D).
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs, along with a proven track record in staff supervision and training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to drive team success.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Foster a team dedicated to clinical excellence, mentoring and guiding fellow clinicians.
  • Collaborate with national experts in autism, developmental disabilities, early intervention, brain injury, and behavioral health to pioneer groundbreaking approaches to care.
  • Dive deep into data, tracking client progress and fine-tuning intervention strategies for optimal outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy, embracing innovation, integrating new findings, and contributing to research initiatives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring alignment with laws and regulations governing ABA therapy practice.
