Requirements

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
  • BCBA preferred; those eligible to sit for the exam or accruing BACB supervision hours welcome to apply.
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing treatment programs.
  • Proven track record in staff supervision and training.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Demonstrated empathy, patience, and compassion for adults and families.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of best practices in providing ABA services, including familiarity with CASP autism guidelines and state regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Spearhead Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for adults with autism spectrum disorder.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Program Director to provide training, supervision, and staff evaluation.
  • Engage directly with adults and their families to make a tangible difference in their lives.
  • Foster a team dedicated to clinical excellence and empower fellow clinicians.
  • Track client progress and fine-tune intervention strategies based on data analysis.
  • Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in ABA therapy and contribute to research initiatives.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and integrity in ABA therapy practice.
