About The Position

Assistant Clinical Director- Dialysis Full-Time Queens-Long Island Renal Institute, located on the lobby level of the renowned Parker Jewish Institute for Healthcare and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, New York, is seeking an experience, outgoing and team-oriented Registered Nurse for a Full-Time Assistant Clinical Director role. This is an exciting position and key clinical management role, providing leadership, staff support and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure that standards of quality care are achieved on a consistent basis. QLIRI provides state-of-the-art in-center hemodialysis treatment for kidney disease patients. Our experienced interdisciplinary team of nephrologists and renal nurses offer chronic dialysis services in a comfortable and modern setting. Some of your daily tasks as Assistant Clinical Director include overall responsibility for the coordination and administration of dialysis services including supervising the delivery of clinical care, providing staff support, conducting investigations and audits as needed, and monitoring overall compliance with Queens-Long Island Renal Institute's policies, procedures, standards and regulations.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
Active New York State RN license
Five (5) or more years of experience in an acute or chronic hemodialysis care setting

Prior supervisory experience preferred
