As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a key leadership role in daily clinic operations, supporting the Clinic Manager and the Operations Team in HR, performance management, compliance, and operational excellence. Sell and present our Wellness Program, maintaining a personal and team close rate of at least 30%. Support daily operations -- managing booking efficiencies, team performance, and inventory processes. Conduct 1:1 coaching sessions with team members to review performance, client feedback, and development goals. Train and mentor front desk associates and service providers on service offerings, promotions, and best practices. Perform facility walkthroughs to ensure a clean, compliant, and welcoming environment. Partner with leadership on corporate compliance initiatives and local marketing efforts.
