About The Position

IV Nutrition is seeking a skilled and compassionate Assistant Clinic Director to join their team in the vibrant Scottsdale/PV area. This role is integral to delivering cutting-edge IV therapies that empower clients to achieve their health goals. The position operates in a fast-paced, customer-centered environment.

Requirements

• Paramedic (NRP) with a valid Arizona license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical setting, preferably with IV therapy administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude, with a genuine desire to help clients achieve their wellness goals.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their individual needs and recommend personalized IV therapy plans.
• Prepare and administer a variety of IV infusions safely and efficiently, following strict protocols.
• Monitor patients during IV infusion and address any concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean and sterile work environment, adhering to strict safety standards.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure seamless client care and excellent service.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in IV therapy and participate in ongoing training.
