About The Position
Access PT, a member of the Confluent Health family, is seeking an Assistant Clinic Director (Physical Therapist). Requirements
- Terminal Licensed degree from accredited institution
- Unrestricted Physical Therapist licensure to practice in State of employment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently in Spanish and English
Nice To Haves
- Doctor of Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy preferred
- Clinical Specialist board certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of relationships with key physicians and market to existing and new physicians to bring new patients to the practice
- Build and maintain a positive team through servant leadership and with the best interest of the patients and staff in mind
- Assist with managing and leading physical therapy staff, office staff, and technicians
