About The Position

Position : Assistant Clinic Director - Physical Therapist (Outpatient)-KORT Location: 101 Eastside Drive, Suite D, Georgetown KY 40324 Schedule: Monday-Friday Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 annual base commensurate with experience Incentives: $10,000-$20,000 sign on bonuses and student debt relief program KORT Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed physical therapist to lead and deliver an exceptional patient care experience as an Assistant Clinic Director. In this role, you will help oversee our outpatient therapy team. This position is a platform for the training and development needed to be considered for a promotion to a center manager role. Requirements

  • Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
  • One year of outpatient experience
  • Recent (in the last 3 years) outpatient experience
  • Valid State Physical Therapy License
  • CPR certification

Nice To Haves

  • prior leadership experience
  • 3 years of outpatient experience

Responsibilities

  • Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
  • Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
  • Support employee engagement and retention efforts
  • Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
