Join our Wealth team as an Assistant Client Service Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in supporting advisors and delivering exceptional client experiences. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and looking to grow within the financial services industry while gaining hands-on exposure to wealth management operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1–3 years of experience in financial services preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (CRM experience a plus)
  • FINRA licenses not required; however, if licensed, must have a clean U4/U5 with no regulatory disclosures
  • High level of integrity and commitment to ethical and regulatory standards
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

  • Support advisors and operations with daily client service needs, including account maintenance, reports, and documentation
  • Assist with opening new client accounts and ensuring paperwork is accurate and complete
  • Process money movements, check requests, and custodial-related items
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries
  • Prepare materials for client meetings and run reporting as directed
  • Maintain accurate client records using CRM systems
  • Reconcile and troubleshoot daily custodial alerts
  • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Follow compliance, workflow, and confidentiality standards
