The Assistant City Auditor is appointed by the City Auditor with the approval of the Mayor and is sworn to faithfully perform his/her duties. This position is responsible for assisting the City Auditor in maintaining financial, accounting, administrative, and personnel services to meet legislative requirements and support municipal operations. The Assistant City Auditor ensures accurate maintenance of all city financial records and proper preparation of departmental budgets, overseeing the compilation and production of the City's financial reporting while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
