The Assistant Chief of Training/Safety for the Rogers Fire Department is responsible for establishing, overseeing, and implementing the department's training program. This role ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable standards while directly supervising officers and collaborating with all members and agencies to fulfill assigned duties. The position plays a critical role in protecting life and property through firefighting, emergency aid, hazardous materials management, command, and fire prevention duties under the direction of the Fire Department Chief.
