About The Position

Pay: $83.14/hr The pay listed is the hourly range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. Benefit Information: This is a union Local 39 position and as such will include union benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data center or critical facility operations
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience with UPS systems, generators, switchgear, cooling systems, plumbing
• Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call rotation
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily operations of all critical systems (electrical, HVAC, UPS, generators, CRAC/CRAH units, sequence of operations, controls
• Proficient in writing, reviewing MOP’s and EOP’s
• Supervise and support engineering team members
• Perform and oversee preventative maintenance and repairs
• Respond to emergency situations and critical system alarms
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Support vendor management and contractor oversight
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation
• Assist with budgeting and operational planning
