This position is responsible for assisting management with the planning and execution of the daily activities associated with Maintenance Department activities. This includes, but is not limited to all mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems and related equipment with particular attention to safety, guest satisfaction, security, asset protection and maintaining standards as required. This position is also expected to supervise the day-to-day operations, recommend, and implement procedural changes and monitor and control expenses.
