As an Assistant Chief Engineer for Data Center/ Critical Environment Facilities at JLL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of mission-critical data center environments. You will work closely with the Chief Engineer to oversee facility operations, manage technical teams, and implement strategies to optimize performance, reliability, and efficiency of data center infrastructure. Your day-to-day tasks will include - Assisting in the management and coordination of critical environment facility operations and maintenance activities Supervising and mentoring technical staff, including engineers, technicians, and contractors Monitoring and analyzing critical systems performance, including power, cooling, and network infrastructure Developing and implementing preventive maintenance schedules and procedures Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with safety, security, and regulatory requirements Participating in capacity planning and infrastructure upgrade projects Responding to and managing critical incidents and emergency situations Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations for management and clients
