Coordinates and executes inventory monitoring procedures and policies using CGO and other best practices.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCentralize the control of all CGO related inventory management procedures. Optimize inventory dollar levels and improve back room conditions in all departments. Ensure all required weekly order and cycle counts are completed. Manage new and discontinued items. Monitor display collection use. Oversee the sell through and/or liquidation of seasonal items. Review shelf allocations and coordinate necessary adjustments with Merchandising. Work with PAC to maintain tag maintenance and allocations. Manage the no scan, no shelf capacity and negative count report issues for all departments. Monitor and maintain transfer and shrink procedures. Train new Teammates for order and cycle counts. Train and monitor trade partners use and skills in CGO. Maintain dolphins in good working order and monitor equipment assigned to store. Ensure that DSD procedures are followed to achieve or exceed the corporate service level standards. Maintain CGO User ID and passwords. Maintain Commodity and Category percents. Ensure that DSD order schedules are accurate and adjusted as necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures. Ensure that a high level of customer courtesy and service is maintained at all times. Communicate CGO opportunities to the CGO team at headquarters.
