About The Position

Job Summary Provides personal care assistance to patients under the direction of licensed personnel and /or Administrator. Responsibilities Performs direct patient care duties as assigned. Triage and rooming of patients Provides for patient safety. Possesses the ability to perform day to day clerical task and related duties. Participates in ongoing educational activities. Completes assigned goals. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of Radiologic principals/theory and utilizes the most appropriate technique and positioning for optimal procedures/treatments, as demonstrated by procedure/treatment results. Specifications Experience Minimum Required Approved nursing or medical assistant course. Preferred/Desired Minimum of one year experience. Education Minimum Required Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. Preferred/Desired Training Minimum Required Approved nursing or medical assistant course Preferred/Desired Special Skills Minimum Required Computer literacy. Maintain Certification Preferred/Desired Phlebotomy experience Licensure Certified by the a National Certification Board (National Center for Competency Testing or obtain withing 6 months of hire date. Minimum Required Certified by the a National Certification Board (National Center for Competency Testing) or obtain within 6 months of hire date. ,BLS certification within 14 days of hire date

Requirements

• Approved nursing or medical assistant course.
