Requirements
- 1+ year in retail &customer service (3–5 years preferred for top earnings along with prior leadership experience)
- Confident, encouraging, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Able to work one weekend shift (not both) and flexible weekday hours
- Positive, proactive, and passionate about personal and team growth
- Reliable transportation and ability to respond to in-center needs as they arise
