About The Position
Physical Therapist - Assistant Center Manager Santa Monica, CA Up to $20,000 SIGN ON BONUS + Monthly Student Loan Repayment Program Salary Range: $105,000 up to $120,000 ( Commensurate with experience) Our Santa Monica location is looking for a compassionate and driven therapist to lead and provide exceptional patient care experiences as an Assistant Center Manager to join our team of 2 PTs, 1 OT, 1 CHT and 1 PTA in this general orthopedics and hand therapy focused clinic. This is a unique opportunity to get involved at an established clinic as part of our joint venture partnership with Cedars-Sinai; the ideal candidate will be comfortable working collaboratively with other Select PT leaders and clinicians and will be excited about building meaningful relationships within the community. The assistant center manager will oversee day-to-day operations in the clinic as well as provide preventative and rehabilitative services that maximize functionality and promote the well-being of our patients. Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited school of physical therapy
- Valid State Physical Therapy License
- CPR certification
Responsibilities
- Offer coaching, guidance, support, and training for staff development and growth
- Assist leadership in growing both the center and market through program and business development
- Support employee engagement and retention efforts
- Assist with the management and resolution of employee relations issues
- Help develop strategies to increase profitability
- Provide an exceptional patient care experience
