Assistant Center Director – Arizona Clinic Support, Lead, and Grow with Treetop ABA! Ready to take the next step in leadership and make a meaningful impact? Treetop ABA Therapy is expanding in Arizona, and we’re looking for an Assistant Center Director to help support clinic operations and build something truly special. This is an exciting opportunity to partner closely with the Center Director, guide a passionate team, and play a key role in creating a thriving clinic environment. Position Overview: Assistant Center Director As Assistant Center Director, you’ll support daily clinic operations, help lead a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional experience for clients, families, and staff. This is a fully in-person role, Monday through Friday , based on-site at our Arizona clinic. What You’ll Do Support leadership with day-to-day management of clinic staff Partner with clinical leadership to maintain high-quality ABA services Assist with team development, engagement, and performance support Help ensure compliance with operational, clinical, and ethical standards Contribute to a positive, supportive, and mission-driven clinic culture Step in to support clinic needs and problem-solve in real time Who We Are At Treetop ABA, we provide individualized, evidence-based ABA therapy that truly makes a difference. Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA (required)
- 1 to 3 years leadership or 3 years BCBA Experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to balance operational goals with client-centered care
- Passion for leading teams and making a lasting impact
