Assistant Center Director Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
About The Position
The Assistant Clinic Director plays a critical role in both patient care and clinic leadership. This position provides direct patient care using established, peer-reviewed treatment protocols and performs comprehensive evaluations to address the root causes of hormone-related and wellness conditions. The ACD collaborates closely with the Clinic Director, physician Medical Director, operations, and management teams to ensure clinical excellence and operational success. The role also supports wellness-focused services such as sleep apnea management, weight control, hypertension management, low libido treatment, and aesthetic services at select locations, while sharing light supervisory responsibilities for support staff.
Requirements
- Active Texas license as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- Current DEA registration
- Minimum of one year of clinical practice experience
- Availability during clinic hours and two Saturdays per month, with incentive pay provided
Nice To Haves
- Prior management or supervisory experience preferred
- The ideal candidate demonstrates strong medical decision-making skills, a collaborative and patient-first mindset, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to explain complex medical concepts in a clear, patient-friendly manner.
