About The Position

Delta is looking to fill a full time Assistant Case Manager position for the National Programs team. The role involves various responsibilities related to case management and administrative support, ensuring efficient operations within the department.

Requirements

  • Strong basic computer skills, including proficiency in email, file management, and navigating web-based platforms
  • Strong customer-service skills

Responsibilities

  • Access and navigate client portals to assist with case management tasks
  • Gather and submit assignment information to the Intake team
  • Make hotel reservations for employees as needed
  • Check in daily reports
  • Assist with file scheduling tasks as needed
  • Assist in the management of daily departmental operations
  • Perform data entry efficiently
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails
  • Review files, records, and obtain information to respond to requests
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Forward emails/tasks to the appropriate team member for handling
  • Assess and prioritize needs
  • Support other business needs as needed
