The successful candidate will be an instructional leader for full-time, part-time, and Workforce and Economic Development (WED) programs; and, will be an ardent advocate for CareerTech, have excellent verbal/written skills and have experience motivating others to implement school improvement strategies. The Assistant Director will assist the Director with all operations of the campus, including supervision of staff and faculty, developing strategies to improve services to students, clients, businesses and industries, recruitment, marketing, and other duties as assigned.
