The Assistant Campaign Manager position is responsible for the coordination and execution of all direct mail and supporting email and telemarketing efforts for assigned low to mid-level utility partners. They will develop strong relationships with both Campaign Managers and internal departments to ensure proper implementation and execution of each campaign is achieved.

  • Develop and learn the campaign management process to own and be responsible for the execution, monitoring and measurement of low to mid-level complexity marketing campaigns
  • Work with Creative and Production teams to develop print and digital marketing materials for each campaign to ensure creatives meet with partner standards and campaigns are mailed on time and on budget
  • Execute low to mid-level complexity campaigns in accordance with organizational and compliance guidelines
  • Oversee marketing plan with the Strategy, Data, Digital and Production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign materials
  • Manage marketing schedules to provide weekly status updates to the business via the weekly Mail Plan meetings and ad hoc communications
  • Provide key mailing information to the Finance and Marketing Data teams to facilitate the creation of reports to monitor and track campaign performance
  • Support price increase and product migrations by initiating new product marketing and aligning pricing
  • Create and maintain documentation with material product information that is legally required for compliant direct mail marketing
  • Implement outbound telemarketing campaigns and maintain product documentation for external vendor compliance
  • Develop understanding of business and operational processes
  • Establish cross functional relationships to facilitate seamless execution and support marketing strategy
  • BA in marketing, business or related area
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of general marketing experience including direct mail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and meet current business priorities while maintaining a high degree of accuracy
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a high level of accuracy
  • Must be team player & collaborative
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel including core Excel Skills in sorting, filtering, concatenate/mid formulas, Vlookup, etc.
  • Experience utilizing Adobe Acrobat or other design editing tools is a plus
  • Annual Bonus Potential: 5%
