Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in hospitality, retail, or food service.
• Strong food & beverage background with proven leadership skills.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and people-focused leadership.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Nice To Haves

• Barista/coffee knowledge is not required, but highly appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional hospitality and setting the tone for guest interactions.
• Support day-to-day café operations, including opening/closing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching team members to maintain high performance, morale, and hospitality standards.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards and health regulations.
• Collaborate with the Café Manager on sales strategies, menu execution, and guest experience initiatives.
• Handle customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency, fostering a welcoming environment.
• Contribute to creating a positive and motivated workplace culture rooted in hospitality.
