About The Position
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant C-Store Manager to support daily store operations and ensure excellent customer service. This role assists with overseeing staff, maintaining inventory, and helping drive overall store performance. The ideal candidate has prior convenience store or retail management experience and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Previous convenience store or retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and cash handling skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily store operations and staff
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Support hiring, training, and supervising team members
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking
- Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company standards
- Handle cash management, including registers, deposits, and reporting
- Help implement policies and procedures to improve store performance
