Requirements

  • GED preferred.
  • Experienced working with ERP system.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Exemplary customer care skills.

  • Candidate must be self-starting, efficient, and organized.
  • Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing raw material and components.
  • Prepare and process purchase orders and quotes under supervision.
  • Track shipments and delivery schedules
  • Ensure products are ordered and delivered to the correct locations.
  • Track purchase orders from creation through receipt and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide support to resolve shipment discrepancies and invoice issues.
  • Other duties as assigned.
