The role includes assisting in organizing, planning, and directing administrative activities, maintaining minutes of meetings, and filing as necessary. The individual will serve as a key representative of the community, contributing to community relations and public awareness. The position supports the Administrator, Director of Nursing (DON), and Business Office Manager in administrative tasks, performs clerical and accounting functions, and may assist with HR and payroll duties. The role requires developing a good working rapport with inter-department personnel and assisting in recording incidents and accidents. The individual will ensure compliance with ergonomics policies and maintain adequate office supplies. Confidentiality of resident health information is paramount, and any violations must be reported. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
