About The Position

The Assistant Brand Manager will support the Brand team in executing various marketing strategies, including innovation, engagement, and measurement. This role involves managing the innovation pipeline, conducting consumer research, and ensuring effective communication and execution in the market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field required.
  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing, with some experience in Innovation Crafting preferred.
  • Strong understanding of food & beverage industry with an eye for aesthetic and design.
  • Passion for marketing and iconic brands with a desire to make an impact.
  • Ability to use data effectively, turning consumer and social insights into strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Brand team in delivering steps of the Marketing flow of work including strategy, positioning, innovation, engagement, activation, and measurement.
  • Develop and manage the innovation pipeline with a cross-functional team to ensure timely and complete launches of packaging, product, and customer demands.
  • Lead consumer research by partnering with the Insights team to gather data on new innovations, communication assets, and product concepts.
  • Collaborate closely with the Operations marketing team to ensure flawless market execution.
  • Write and develop purpose-driven communication for creative agency briefs and oversee the development of final assets.
