About The Position

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the overall daily running of the store.
• Lead a team of stylists and floor management to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Champion continuous training and development for the team.
• Manage operational functions of the store, including compliance and scheduling.
• Recruit and develop a high-performing team alongside the Store Manager.
• Utilize digital tools for planning and compliance management.
• Forward plan cash and KPI targets, ensuring structure for upcoming weeks and months.
• Work closely with the Store Manager and HR advisor to manage employee relations matters.
