About The Position

You are responsible for assisting the Branch Operations Manager in supervising branch operations, managing customer retention, mentoring and developing branch staff and working with other departments to support growth of the bank.

  • Account Services Knowledge
  • Cash/Check Handling Experience
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Management Skills, such as employee documentation, problem resolution, etc.
  • Ability to instill and practice team building

  • Excellent customer service skills – dealing with customers and employees
