We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic Branch Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to achieving departmental and organizational goals, while helping drive the mission of InTouch Credit Union forward. The ideal candidate will serve as a key point of contact for our members, delivering a consultative financial experience both face-to-face and through digital channels. Your responsibilities will include identifying members’ financial goals and offering customized solutions designed to meet their immediate and future needs. This role is fundamental for deepening member relationships, expanding service engagement, and strengthening InTouch Credit Union’s position as a leading digital-first financial partner.
