  • Supervise staff to ensure effective operations and high customer service standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills, adapting approaches based on individual customer needs.
  • Provide knowledgeable recommendations on bank products and services to meet customer financial needs.
  • Promote, cross-sell, and upsell bank products and services effectively.
  • Open and maintain customer accounts, ensuring timely service solutions.
  • Contribute to branch goal achievement and assist in planning sales activities.
  • Achieve assigned sales production goals consistently, maintaining an average of 80% or higher per goal period.
  • Register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and maintain a unique identifying number.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding mortgage and loan rates, conducting application interviews and processing applications.
  • Resolve complex research situations for customers and branch staff.
  • Complete customer transactions, forms, applications, and reports accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with the Bank's security policy and loss prevention guidelines.
  • Coach team members and participate in performance management to help them reach individual goals.
  • High school diploma required; additional college, management, or bank-related courses preferred.
  • Five years of banking/retail experience, with two to three years in a supervisory role.
  • Courses in supervisory skills and business communication are required.
  • Ability to operate various banking equipment and software.
  • Experience in commercial banking or understanding of commercial customer segments.
