OCCU is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in Eugene. This on-site role offers a competitive starting pay range of $31.50 to $38.00 per hour, along with incentive opportunities. Additionally, employees who successfully complete a standardized Spanish language proficiency assessment are eligible for an extra $2 per hour bilingual premium. The Assistant Branch Manager works alongside the Branch Manager to provide excellent service and guide the team at OCCU toward success.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of relevant experience in finance
  • At least one year in supervisory or managerial capacity
  • Prior experience as a Senior Enrichment Advisor or Senior Personal Banker
  • Hold a two-year college degree or have completed a specialized course at a business or trade school, or demonstrate eligibility through an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Completing annual reviews
  • Staying informed about current products, procedures, and regulatory requirements
