About The Position

Climb Credit Union is looking for a motivated and people-focused Assistant Branch Manager to support branch operations, coach frontline staff, and ensure members receive exceptional service every day. Requirements

3–5 years of financial services or related member-focused experience
Prior experience coaching, mentoring, or supervising staff strongly preferred
Associate degree, relevant certification, or equivalent work experience
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to balance operational responsibilities with people leadership

Responsibilities

Support the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, staffing, and service delivery.
Lead by example through hands-on member service and problem resolution.
Coach, train, and mentor Member Service Representatives to strengthen performance, confidence, and engagement.
Serve as a technical and regulatory resource for complex member transactions and products.
Participate in branch meetings and collaborate with senior leadership on initiatives and projects.
Identify and facilitate relationship-based cross-sell opportunities that align with member needs.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Act as Branch Manager in their absence and assist with supervisory responsibilities.
