About The Position

At CrossCountry Mortgage, we're more than just a mortgage company—we're a team dedicated to making homeownership dreams come true. As an Assistant Branch Manager, you'll play a crucial role in this mission, supporting our growth and innovation in the mortgage industry. You'll collaborate closely with our talented leadership team to empower and lead, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence. In this dynamic role, you'll have the chance to grow both personally and professionally, with access to top-tier leadership and a competitive compensation package. We are looking for someone who is a proven operator who is ready to serve as the strategic second in command of a nationally top producing mortgage team. This is a leadership seat at the table, not a stepping stone. We operate in the top tier of production nationally. We move fast. We think strategically. We care deeply about our clients and our agent partners. We believe homeownership is one of the most accessible paths to building wealth, and we take that responsibility seriously. You must be comfortable having hard conversations, holding people accountable, and making independent decisions. You will be trusted with real authority. This is for someone who wants to build something meaningful, not just collect a paycheck. If you are wired for ownership, thrive in high-performance environments, and want to help scale a top 1% mortgage team, we would love to hear from you!
