  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving complex member issues and complaints.
  • Utilize effective problem-solving skills to address member concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal departments to escalate and resolve issues that require additional support or expertise.
  • Implement measures to prevent recurring issues and enhance overall member satisfaction.
  • Acts as Branch Manager when Branch Manager is not present.
  • Includes addressing personnel matters as assigned.
  • 2+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military or first responder experience, education
  • 2-4 years of experience in banking or financial services industry
