Requirements

• Associate Degree or equivalent experience
• Prior supervisory experience
• Love working with diverse groups of people
• Communication skills so sharp they could cut through rush-hour traffic
• Leadership skills to keep the team cruising in the fast lane
• A love for customer service—because happy members = happy life
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Tech-savvy with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
