We are growing and looking for a friendly, service-driven, outgoing team member to help us fulfill our mission: “Making a positive difference in our neighbors' lives!” This full-time Assistant Branch Manager position, located at our Old Hickory branch, offers a robust benefits package and the chance to make a meaningful impact. In this role, you'll support the Branch Manager in leading branch staff, delivering exceptional member service, and driving sales and service performance with the expectation of meeting or exceeding both branch and individual goals. Working hours: 7:45 AM - 4:00 PM Monday-Thursday, 7:45 AM - 5:00 PM Fridays plus time to wrap up and close, which varies by day

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years cash handling experience
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • In addition to a background and credit check, candidates must be able to pass a drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Previous management or supervisor experience in a financial institution setting strongly preferred
  • Previous lending experience in a financial institution strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong sales skills, including the ability to recognize cues, uncover unexpressed needs, and recommend appropriate products and services
  • Identify and pursue current and prospective sales opportunities to support branch growth
  • Process account transactions, loan applications, and new account openings with accuracy and professionalism
  • Process teller transactions with the highest level of efficiency and attention to detail
  • Perform other duties as required
