About The Position

As an Assistant Branch Manager at Reading Cooperative Bank, you will be the operational expert contributing to the profitability and growth of the branch by managing the daily activities of the branch team. You will ensure the bank’s customers receive the highest quality of service, which includes presenting them with the products and bank services to best fit their financial needs.

Requirements

  • 3 years of banking experience – 2 years in a supervisory position.
  • Demonstrated ability to make decisions and solve problems.
  • Strong organizational ability and excellent attention to detail required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and provide leadership for cross-sales programs; assist in motivating and coaching staff.
  • Responsible for all operational aspects of the Branch including security, compliance and operational procedures.
  • Maintain superior knowledge of all RCB products and act as point of contact for branch staff.
  • Attend branch community events.
  • May work additional hours as needed.
