To assist the credit union in achieving its mission statement, PFCU WILL DELIVER FINANCIAL WELL-BEING WITH VALUE, CONVENIENCE AND EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, the Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for gaining knowledge and experience in preparation for a career in management under direction of experienced personnel. Requires a working knowledge of all Credit Union Departments and understands how they relate to the successful operation of the Credit Union. Receives training and performs duties in several departments to become familiar with employees’ daily job requirements, operations, management viewpoints and credit union policies and practices that affect each phase of business. Support, model & adhere to PFCU’s Service Standards as outlined in My MARC. Please note while this position is based out of the Ionia Branch there is an expectation to travel to all other West Region Branches as needed.
