What You’ll Do The Assistant Branch Manager collaborates with the Branch Manager in overseeing the entire operations of a branch ensuring alignment to corporate strategies and objectives while demonstrating effective leadership. Assist with the creation of the branch strategy to ensure the branch grows in deposits through business development activities. Cultivate relationships with FourLeaf business partners and within the community to support new branch growth and create awareness of the FourLeaf brand by building member relationships utilizing a consultative sales approach.
