A DAY IN THE LIFE OF OUR Assistant Brancch Manaager As our Assistant Branch Manager, you play a vital role in our credit union. You will coach and develops associates by providing training on procedures, processes, sales, and referral techniques . You will be responsible for creating a climate that delivers an exceptional experience for both members and associates. To support a world-class member experience, you balance processes with the need to provide a frictionless experience for our members. You proactively build a cohesive team and work to coach and develop team members to reach their full potential. You will support branch management to achieve branch strategic goals. Requirements

• Two years of college or an Associate Degree
• Minimum three years of related experience in the banking/financial services industry.
• Equivalent work experience may be substituted for education requirement.
• Equivalent work experience will be accepted in lieu of a associate degree.
• Are you highly motivated and enjoy working with others?
• Can you appropriately delegate tasks and follow through to ensure good results?
• Do you enjoy leading others?
