About The Position

The Assistant Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, providing leadership to branch staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service. Requirements

  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • One to two years of experience in a financial institution
  • Excellent customer service skills utilized for both internal and external customers
  • Strong and positive verbal, and written communication, and supervisory skills
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation
  • Ability to work well within a team, in shared roles, with flexible hours, including Saturday
