Requirements

Associate Degree or equivalent experience (or just be really good at Googling things—kidding… kind of!)
Prior supervisory experience (because someone has to be the boss!)
Love working with diverse groups of people
Communication skills so sharp they could cut through rush-hour traffic
Leadership skills to keep the team cruising in the fast lane
A love for customer service—because happy members = happy life
Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable (like a GPS that never says “recalculating”)
Tech-savvy with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet

Nice To Haves

Bonus points if you know Travel, Notary, and PennDOT stuff—or at least know what PennDOT stands for!
