As Assistant Retail Sales Manager you will provide effective leadership for the retail store. Under the guidance and direction of the Retail Store Manager, will assume responsibility for store P&L, driving revenue growth, market growth and market share, and for effectively managing expenses, profitability, and customer satisfaction/experience. Will be held accountable for an operating plan that is consistent with these strategies and principles and that delivers the expected results.
