About The Position

We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Branch Manager
to join our Credit Union. In this role, you will provide exceptional leadership on-site at our South Main
location, to keep the branch running smoothly, inspire a high-performing team, and shape the member experience in meaningful ways. You would work closely with the Branch Manager to ensure the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans.

Requirements

• Experience: 1-3 years in banking, financial services, or similar experience. 1-3 years of management or leadership experience.
• Education: Associate degree, business/trade school certification, or equivalent training.
• Skills: 1. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. 2. Ability to motivate, influence, and educate staff and members. 3. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and standard office equipment. 4. Ability to read and interpret financial documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales Leadership (35%) – Manage and lead an effective sales process while supporting excellent member service.
• Transactions (25%) – Opens new accounts and submits loans for processing and decisioning; communicate disposition to member.
• Compliance (15%) – Monitors all office activity for compliance to applicable regulations and adherence to organizational policy and procedures in regard to branch security, transactions, loans, errors, new accounts, and documents prepared by subordinate personnel.
• Coaching & Training (5%) – Train branch personnel; prepares work schedules; monitors performance and ensures that employees are meeting or exceeding goals.
• Management (10%) - Manages branch in absence of Branch Manager.
• Other Duties (5%) - Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
