The Assistant Branch Manager will be an On-site leader for member sales and service. Assists branch manager in the planning, directing, and organization of the daily operational activities of the assigned branch. Provides leadership, motivation, and direction to branch staff through coaching and mentoring employees to strive to meet and exceed sales expectations. Responsible for leading, directing, and mentoring sales and service teams to achieve branch outcomes. Provides personalized, professional service to all members in an exceptional manner, seeking out opportunities for additional business. Actively seeks out personal and organizational involvement opportunities within community. Salary range for this position is $80,550.86 - $94,173.30 with a progressive benefit package.
