Position Summary: The Assistant Branch Manager assists in supervising and coordinating all branch operations, in conformance with established bank policies and procedures.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience.
Minimum of (2) two years branch or banking experience.
NMLS certified.
Strong communications, interpersonal and sales skills.

Responsibilities

Management of branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Daily balancing/settlement of cash drawer.
Assist in the settlement of ATM; coin machine and night depository.
Assists in the bank’s daily opening/closing/settlement of branch.
Conducts monthly audits as stated in S.O.P.’s of North Easton Savings Bank.
Assists in the opening and cross selling of products/services offered by the Bank.
Initiates and refers internal/external sales.
Originate consumer and mortgage applications.
Assists in the completion and monitoring of the weekly employee schedule.
Assists in the performance and disciplinary reviews of branch personnel.
Reviews and maintains pertinent reports specific to branch needs.
Attends regularly scheduled meetings.
Participates in Saturday rotations.
Other duties assigned or required.
