As an Assistant Branch Manager, you’ll partner with the Branch Manager to drive branch success, coach a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional member experiences. You’ll play a key role in operational oversight, sales strategy, and community engagement—while stepping in as acting Branch Manager when needed. Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years in financial services, including sales, lending, and operations. Supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office; Symitar experience is a plus.
Willingness to obtain Notary and Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) credentials.

Responsibilities

Support daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales and service goals.
Assist with member transactions, new accounts, and lending—including real estate loans (with MLO status).
Help create a welcoming environment that promotes Mission Fed’s products and services.
Participate in recruiting, training, and performance development for branch staff.
Contribute to branch marketing plans and community outreach initiatives.
