The main purpose of this job is to support the Branch Manager and assist with managing branch activities including operations, customer experience and team member experience, while driving branch performance through leadership and coaching. Dedicates approximately half of their time to delivering direct customer service—engaging with customers to resolve inquiries and support their financial needs to reinforce an exceptional in-branch experience. Plays a critical role in fostering team development, being a role model of expected behaviors, and ensuring the branch meets its financial and service goals.
