The Assistant Branch Manager position is the driving force behind branch operations and teller management. With your leadership and expertise, you will be a key part in maintaining operational excellence in the branch. The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities. You are responsible for assisting the Branch Relationship Manager in interviewing and hiring new staff. In coaching and developing your teller team, you will lead your team to achieve performance excellence. Through strategic goals set forth by your Branch Relationship Manager, you will drive branch growth and employee development.
